Payhawk and finban – spend in several currencies, one plan

Payhawk combines corporate cards, international payments, accounts payable and expenses in one system, built for several currencies and several entities. What comes out is a precise view backwards. What is missing is the forecast across all accounts and entities.

Why several entities make planning hard

Each entity has its own account, its own due dates and its own tax burden, and nobody sees the sum. finban puts them side by side: per entity and as a total. It does not move money and does not produce consolidated statements – this is a planning view, not statutory consolidation.

How Payhawk data reaches finban today

Export card transactions, payments and payables as a file, keeping the entity as its own column, and map it once. A native integration is planned.

What finban is not

finban does not replace Payhawk, and it is not bookkeeping or tax advice. It reads; it never writes back.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a direct Payhawk integration in finban?

Not yet – it is planned. Today the data comes in by export or a Google Sheet.

Can finban plan several entities?

Yes, as a group view: each entity and the total. It does not move money between them and does not produce consolidated statements.

Set up once, then one click

Payhawk does not connect directly — you bring the file. Column mapping, overwrite rules and error handling are set up once; every import after that is a single click.
