Rydoo and finban – expenses settled, payout planned

Rydoo is an expense and travel management platform: receipts are captured on mobile, checked against policy, approved and handed to accounting. Rydoo settles whether a cost was allowed. finban says when it is paid out and what that does to the balance.

The payout date is the number that matters

Reporting cares about the travel period; liquidity cares about the day the batch reimbursement leaves – often weeks later, landing in a month that also carries payroll and tax.

How Rydoo data reaches finban today

Export settled expenses as a file and map the columns once, or keep the export in a Google Sheet. A native integration is planned.

What finban is not

finban does not replace Rydoo, and it is not bookkeeping or tax advice. It reads; it never writes back.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a direct Rydoo integration in finban?

Not yet – it is planned. Today the data comes in by export or a Google Sheet.

Which columns does finban need?

Date, amount and a unique ID at minimum; cost centre or project make the analysis useful, and the payout date makes the forecast correct.

Set up once, then one click

Rydoo does not connect directly — you bring the file. Column mapping, overwrite rules and error handling are set up once; every import after that is a single click.
